It’s not flat but it’s one of my favourites. Really friendly Marshals. I also like the ease of parking and the cake at the end. Lovely route !

It is a very welcoming, friendly and well organised race. The parking, efficient number collection, varied terrain, beautiful scenery to reward the uphill runs, friendly Marshalls are all excellent. I am told the refreshments are superb.
Finishing towards the end I have yet to enjoy them.
A race not to be missed. Thank you to the Liss Runners organising team.

5 th time running this race
Everyone so friendly and just an all round great route !

One suggestion for the excellent organisers - this year, just after the start, there were 4 or 5 cars coming down towards the runners on the lane. I know the lane was open (not closed road), but wondered if the residents were fully aware that the race was starting at that time.

I would suggest the following.
Move water stations to miles 5 and 8.
Most runner that carry / need water would be fine up to 5 miles before the long climb.
Find alternative route to avoid running roadside, local farmer I am sure could help!
Overall excellent, I will be back next years!

I know that the tropical weather in England is a new phenomenon, but the start time was too late, it meant back of packers were running in midday heat

Can't think of anything to improve really. Great location, course, organization and marshals. Tough event in this hot weather so maybe a third water station if temperature this high. Thanks for a fun morning.

Everything was straightforward - from signing up to the race-day info. The event began promptly, marshals were in the right spots with clear signs, and the runner support was spot on. Facilities were excellent, everything was well organised, and instructions were easy to follow. The route was tough, especially the hills (miles 6 and 7 were brutal!), but that’s what makes the Harting 10 the challenge I wanted. The scenery helped take the sting out of the climbs. Best of all was the cake and coffee at the end, absolutely loved it. The encouragement and support along the route were brilliant as well. Well done to the race director and team!

Great event in stunning countryside. Superbly signed and marshalled. We ran as a family and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Only comment would be for organisers to consider the merits of an earlier start (possibly 0930) as it was getting a little redders towards midday. Thank you very much for a great mornings run.

Given the likelihood of it being hot heat at this time of year, perhaps starting at 10 in future might help a bit.
