3rd time for me will be back next year

I really enjoyed it, the welcome, the marshals (so helpful and full of encouragement!) the refreshments, the organisation! The route is tough but lovely views. I would have preferred an earlier start (9.00/ 9.30am?) and the weather this year was just perfect, not too hot.

The instructions I read as no headphones but a significant number of runners were wearing them- could you clarify, are bone conductors allowed - for future reference!!

Possibly on the back of bib number put the emergency contact details of who we as runners need to contact in case of emergency too

It measured 0.22 miles longer than last year.

Would it possible to get results + position in finishing / chipped . Or manually thank you

Having completed this around the 2 hour mark, it would have been nice to be offered more than half a glass of watercat the finish line. Also I was also surprised to see no photographers on the course, which have been there every year I have entered since 2013.

Would have liked a little better medal...perhaps a printed lanyard.
